Professional Summary

Hi, I’m Hannah (she/her). I’m a licensed social worker at Life Counseling Institute. It takes courage to seek support, ask for help and explore change. You are the expert of your own life, experience and journey, and it is an honor to be able to walk alongside you for any period of time I am invited in. We will walk towards your goals together, teammates in creating space for who you are and clearing the way for who you want to be.

Our journey to know, love, and accept all the parts of ourselves is lifelong, especially when the only constant is change. It is one of the bravest, scariest, hardest, and most joyful and freeing gifts we can give ourselves. To be in a healthy relationship with oneself allows space to be in healthy relationships with others. It is the complexity of these relationships—with ourselves, with others, with the world around us—that makes life so meaningful.

In a culture defined by complex intersectional systems of oppression and trauma, I strive to provide a safe space for people of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, relationship orientations (polyamory/ ENM), racial and cultural identities, differently abled peoples and survivors of trauma. I believe in honoring one’s authentic self and living fully and joyfully in that truth. I am excited to co-create a space together that feels right for you.

Hannah works with teens and adults. She has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma and LGBTQ+ individuals.
