I believe that with a strong therapeutic relationship, a lot of work can be done. My goal is to understand your worldview and value system, guiding you toward important insights that enable you to live a more meaningful, fulfilled life. Being aware of how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors relate can be integral to developing healthful thought patterns and behaviors. This process, in turn, allows us to work collaboratively so that you may live more purposefully. I also utilize the practice of mindfulness to encourage self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Kelsey works with individuals, couples, and families. She has particular experience working with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns and with adolescents and young adults with substance use issues. She is knowledgeable about 12-step recovery, group processes, and therapy at different levels of care.
