Hi! I’m Lexy Ulrich, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Life is a surprising journey that is full of both joy and difficulty. It is in the more difficult times that we can find ourselves lacking the support and insight we need to manage on our own. You are not alone in the challenges you face, and you do not have to carry these burdens by yourself.
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, or relationship concerns, my objective is to encourage you and assist you toward wholeness and healing. It is my desire to help you find solutions to these dilemmas and to cultivate confidence in yourself, richer relationships with others, emotional health and balance, and some practical life skills to take with you along the way. It is important that in our work together you feel safe to gently face these issues and that you are given exactly what you need in order to promote the change you wish to see in your life and your relationships. Together, we will find ways to not just survive, but thrive. Therapy is empowering when tailored to your specific needs. Therefore, this time is going to be all about you and what you need to find peace and fulfillment.
It can be scary to take the first step toward change, but you deserve the opportunity to heal, to grow, and to find enjoyment and meaning in your life. I look forward to working with you.
