Hi, my name is Lolly and I’m a licensed professional counselor. I primarily work with adults and couples and make it my goal for you to take something away from each of our sessions. If you have already made the decision to seek help, congrats! You are already on the right track to making positive changes and achieving new goals.
My past experience includes working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. I believe in using evidence-based approaches in session and look at each client as an individual to find out what works best for them. I also believe that you are in the driver’s seat in our sessions. I will meet you where you are at, never pushing too far, but encouraging you to continue to work and grow at your own pace. Therapy should be a collaborative approach where we can work together to ensure you feel you are benefiting.
In our extremely fast-paced environment, we often forget to take care of ourselves, and I’ll work with you to help you find ways to do so. I’ll also work with you on living more intentionally through mindfulness. The mind-body connection is something I am passionate about, and I’ll give you the tools to learn about living a more mindful life, helping soothe fears, calm anxieties, and feel at ease.
