As your therapist, I work with you to create a customized plan to get you back on track. I understand that you are the expert on your own life. You have lived through and survived so much already, and you bring strengths you have already learned into our work together. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and acceptance to help guide you to a place of balance and wellness. I use a flexible, individualized approach, as one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. Together, we will identify and transform the patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that are no longer working in your life.
Samantha enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples. She has both personal and professional expertise in working with individuals experiencing cancer and their loved ones. She also has experience with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, chronic illness, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, religious trauma, and grief.
