I believe you have the capacity to heal, be it from anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, chronic stress, traumatic life experiences, or any other source of distress. You have the capacity to heal and meet goals. And while starting therapy can sometimes be daunting, you will not be alone in the journey. My approach to counseling is straightforward, genuine, and encouraging. I work to help you see your strengths, empower you, and foster growth toward reaching your goals, whatever they may be. My therapeutic focus is client-centered, meaning that in our sessions you are the expert on your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. It is my hope to support you and help deepen your understanding of your individual experiences and how they have shaped you into the person you are today.
