Professional Summary
Hi! My name is Marisa Seper, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I know that searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming—you’re trying to find someone you can truly connect with and trust. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and for taking this meaningful step in your healing journey.
I am passionate about supporting children and adults as they navigate trauma, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight that can come with everyday life. I also have a special passion for supporting women during the prenatal and postpartum journey. My goal is to support mothers as they adjust to the emotional, mental, and relational changes that can come with pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
While I use a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches, I believe my greatest strengths are my empathy, warmth, and genuine care for the people I work with. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal—no matter how big or small your struggles may feel.
I truly love serving others, whether that means sitting on the floor playing with a child or supporting adults as they process life’s challenges. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
People often ask me, “When should I seek therapy?” My answer is: when you feel stuck—when a stressful experience, painful memory, difficult transition, or relationship challenge continues to hold you back from becoming the person you want to be.
I wish you the best on your healing journey, and I would be honored to support you along the way. Please reach out if you’d like to work together!
