Professional Summary
Hi! My name is Emily Lytle, and I am a Master’s Level Therapist.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful and courageous choice. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, facing a life transition, or simply seeking greater clarity, reaching out for support is an act of strength and self-compassion. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and empowered to begin your healing journey.
As your therapist, I plan to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect in our time together. I believe that healing and growth happen in relationship, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is collaborative and nonjudgmental. In our work together, we’ll explore both the challenges you’re facing and the areas you’d like to grow in; while highlighting the strengths you already possess to help you navigate these challenges with more resilience and confidence.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns. While I primarily work from a cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered approach, I also integrate a variety of other evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. I truly believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you as you create the change you want to see.
No matter where you are in your journey, you’re not alone. I look forward to supporting you as you take this next step!
