Professional Summary

Hello! My name is Isabella Little, and I am a master’s level marriage and family therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families at Life Counseling Institute.

Life and relationships don’t often go as planned, and it can be hard to navigate by yourself. I am here to meet you where you’re at – wherever that may be – and walk with you through the changes, worries, and circumstances that you’re facing. I have experience working with a variety of different issues, like depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, infidelity, premarital counseling, and more. Every person and situation is different, and I am devoted to meeting you with the care and empathy you need to grow and heal.

Working with me, you can expect to enter a collaborative space that fosters safety and curiosity. I will offer the structure and support needed to safely explore yourself and your relationships, process painful or difficult experiences, and learn how to step towards a more fulfilling life. I use a thoughtful combination of experiential, cognitive, and behavioral modalities with a particular focus on attachment-based approaches. Each person who walks into the room with me will receive care that is tailored to their needs, whether it’s learning more effective communication with your partner and family or exploring your emotions.

It takes courage to ask for help and begin a healing journey. Pain is often a prerequisite for change, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I am committed to walking with you through each step of the process, offering support and guidance, and helping you reach your goals.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and working with you!

Isabella works with teens, adults, couples and families. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.
