Hi! I’m Karli Loyd, Billing Coordinator at Life Counseling Institute. I’m the person behind the scenes helping to keep the administrative and billing side of your care running smoothly. From working with insurance claims and benefits to resolving billing issues, my goal is to help make that part of the process as clear and stress-free as possible.

As one of the first people you may connect with at LCI, I’ll also help answer questions about the counseling process, insurance, and scheduling. When you’re looking to get started, I’ll learn a little about what you’re looking for and help connect you with a therapist who may be a good fit for your needs.
