Hi! I’m Richelle Anderson, Practice Manager at Life Counseling Institute. I’m often the first person you’ll talk to when you reach out to LCI, and I know that making that first call or sending that first email isn’t always easy. My goal is to make getting started with counseling as comfortable and easy as possible.

When we connect, I’ll ask you a few questions to learn more about what brings you to counseling and what you’re looking for in a therapist. I can also answer questions about insurance, scheduling, or how the process works. From there, I’ll help match you with a therapist who I think will be a good fit for you.

I believe your experience with LCI starts with that very first conversation, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing what you’re looking for. Reaching out for support is an important step, and I’m here to help make the process of finding the right therapist a little easier.
