Professional Summary
Hi, my name is Emma Williams and I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor. My love and passion for being there for others has led me to a career in clinical mental health counseling. Counseling can be a difficult yet extremely rewarding journey. I hope to be there and walk with you as you make beautiful changes in your life. I have a deep-rooted belief that people are stronger and braver than they give themselves credit for. I hope to help you see and achieve your full potential by being a support for you and your loved ones while you work to improve your lives.
I strive to be an understanding and nonjudgmental counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with all gender and sexual identities as well as people of all races and religious affiliations. I do my best to create a safe space for clients to be able to share openly and feel accepted for who they are. A good connection and positive counseling relationship are vital for counseling to be beneficial. I will work hard to build a strong and trusting relationship with you, and I’ll approach you as the unique individual that you are. Everyone deserves to be seen and understood for who they are. Similarly, I’ll use the approach to counseling that will work best for you. I am ultimately an eclectic counselor who will do my best to use the approach that matches your needs.
Emma works with teens and adults. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and adolescent behavioral issues.
