Professional Summary
Hello! My name is Rhianna Sherlock, and I am both an associate licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor. I offer a safe and encouraging therapeutic setting, built on authenticity and connection, to help you feel supported on your healing journey. I strongly believe in my client’s ability to heal and grow, and I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you as you start this process!
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds and with varying clinical concerns. My clinical work is rooted in promoting relational healing, healing attachment wounds, and addressing deep unmet needs. Whether I
am working with individuals, couples, or families, I incorporate principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory. I also prioritize coaching my clients through improved communication skills to help promote greater satisfaction in their relationships. Additionally, I used mindfulness approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients improve their relationship with their thoughts and experience greater emotional
regulation.
Whatever challenges you might be facing, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and more, please know that I am here to walk with
you. As a therapist, I am not only here to help you meet clinical goals, but I seek to make you feel like you are not alone on this journey. Mental health challenges can feel isolating and
overwhelming; I provide a warm and empathetic therapeutic rapport that reminds you that you are not alone and that you can do this!
I’m excited for you as you consider taking the steps needed to feel freer and happier in your life. I look forward to meeting you and watching you grow!
Rhianna works with kids, adolescents, couples, and families. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and attachment trauma.
